As a Senior Web QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications. You will lead the QA efforts, develop test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices will be crucial in driving the testing process and enhancing product reliability.\n Main responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test casesfor web applications.\n\nIdentify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.\n\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.\n\nPerform regression, functional and performance testing.\n\nWork closely with Product Managers to define clear and testable Acceptance Criteria (ACs) for new features and enhancements.\n\nAutomate testing processes using relevant tools and frameworks to improve efficiency.\n\nConduct performance and load testing to ensure application scalability.\n\nStay current with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies.\n\nMain requirements:\nStrong experience (+5 years) in test automation and scripting, with hands-on expertise in using test automation tools such asSelenium, Playwright, JUnit.\n\nExperience with manual testing techniques and methodologies.\n\nProven track record of leading QA projects and teams.\n\nExperience in developing and maintaining test documentation.\n\nStrong understanding of web technologies and familiarity with web performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner.\n\nKnowledge of version control systems like Git.\n\nUnderstanding of API testing and tools such as Postman, SoapUI.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).\n\nStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.\n\nDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality.\n\nAdaptable and eager to learn new technologies, with leadership experience in guiding junior team members.\n\nNice-to-Have:\nKnowledge of security testing practices and tools.\n\nExperience in cloud-based applications and testing in cloud environments.\n\nCertifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB).\n\nSalary\nAt Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally.
