You’ll be touch the full recruitment cycle and areas\nThe challenge? Going beyond filling roles. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, combining your recruitment expertise with data and market insights to shape hiring strategies in collaboration with the Head of People, , challenge assumptions and attract the right talent.\nYou’ll also have the autonomy to improve how we hire, from optimising processes and enhancing the candidate experience to exploring new sourcing approaches and strengthening our employer brand. We’re looking for someone proactive and hands-on who enjoys navigating change and balancing hiring delivery.\nYou’ll be part of a People team of seven, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Intern.\nMain responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end recruitment process across Tech & Data, Product, Growth, Finance and Quality, translating business needs into effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor and partner to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, role requirements, compensation expectations and recruitment best practices, while managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the process.\n\nUse recruitment data and talent market insights to guide day-to-day decisions, build reports on key hiring metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.\n\nOptimise recruitment processes, workflows and tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and collaboration through new approaches and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.\n\nEnsure a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a consistent approach and a high bar for quality.\n\nStrengthen Qualifyze’s employer brand and position the company as an attractive place to work through targeted talent attraction initiatives.\n\nMain requirements:\nYou know your way around Talent Acquisition: +5 years experience managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a scale-up or international company. Comfortable juggling several roles at once, prioritising effectively and adapting when business needs change.\n\nTech hiring is your thing: Hands-on experience hiring across technical teams, including Frontend and Backend Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and BI profiles. No need to be an engineer, but confidence discussing technical requirements with Hiring Managers and understanding what makes a good fit is key.\n\nA data-driven approach: Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and building hiring reports, spotting bottlenecks and turning insights into better hiring decisions and outcomes.\n\nYou know how to challenge a hiring brief: Able to build trust with Hiring Managers, ask the right questions and challenge assumptions when needed, keeping hiring strategies grounded in business priorities and what the talent market can realistically offer.\n\nAlways looking for better ways to hire: With a continuous improvement mindset, you’re always looking for ways to make recruitment more effective, whether it’s refining a sourcing strategy, simplifying a workflow or exploring new tools and technologies, while improving the experience we offer candidates.\n\nOwnership and business acumen: Things move quickly at Qualifyze, so this role calls for someone who takes initiative, makes sound decisions independently and connects recruitment priorities to wider business goals. Someone who takes accountability for their work, anticipates what needs attention and keeps others in the loop so people know they can count on you.\n\nSalary\nAt Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally.
