Services range from routine to highly complex projects; with full support given to the regulatory requirements and research challenges; and operations consistently taking place in an environment of Good Laboratory (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In the frame of its activities, Qualimetrix S.A. is recruiting a Laboratory Technician. \n\nResponsibilities\n\nPrepares solutions necessary for the analyses based on the studies’ protocols and/or Analytical Procedures.\n\nPrepares solutions for the daily operations and housekeeping (e.g. solutions for HPLC wash and storage).\n\nSets up the analytical instruments for analyses (e.g. conditioning of analytical columns etc.).\n\nProvides assistance to the department’s officers in lab operations and testing.\n\nDocuments all the aforementioned lab operations in appropriate lab notebooks and instrument logbooks promptly and accurately.\n\nPerforms periodic calibration/qualification of equipment when necessary.\n\nHolds responsibility for the tidiness and cleanliness of the laboratory area.\n\nNotifies, in a timely manner, the department’s supervisor in case of instrument failure or any other malfunction.\n\nInforms the department’s supervisor in case of lack of resources for the proper operation of the laboratory.\n\nWork experience requirements \n\nOne-year experience as a laboratory technician is preferred.\n\nEducation requirements \n\nDegree in Medical / Chemical Laboratories Assistance or related field from Technological Education Institute (T.E.I. or I.E.K.)\n\nGood knowledge of the English language (CEFR Level B2)\n\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office
