In this roles, you will manage the delivery of road infrastructure projects, providing technical expertise and support across design, construction, and maintenance phases.\nEngineer\nSkills and Experience required includes:\nFour-year, Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent assessed by Engineers Australia. \nAdminister contracts, ensure compliance, and manage road and bridge maintenance procedures. \nCalculate material quantities, analyse test results, identify non-conformances, and manage risk assessments. \nProvide support and advice on design briefs, negotiating modifications to ensure project outcomes and value for money. \nEnsure adherence to quality management procedures, conduct site inspections, and manage hold points. \nEnsure compliance with relevant engineering standards, policies, and legislative requirements. \nDemonstrate expertise in engineering practices and maintain high standards of professional conduct. \nSenior Engineer\nSkills and Experience required includes:\nRegistered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) status. \nFour-year, Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (or equivalent assessed by Engineers Australia). \nAct as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for complex projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from pre-construction and procurement through to delivery and ensure all works are completed within scope, on time, and to budget. \nProvide expert technical advice to senior staff, mentor graduates and junior engineers, and resolve complex technical issues. \nManage pre-construction activities, including investigations, design tenders, and land requirements \nMaintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and local councils. \nDemonstrate expertise in engineering practices and human resource management principles. \nPrincipal Engineer\nSkills and Experience required includes:\nRegistered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) status. \nFour-year, Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (or equivalent assessed by Engineers Australia). \nAct as the Representative of the Principal and Contract Administrator. Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including tender calling, assessment, and contract award, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and to budget. \nProvide high-level engineering advice on design, materials, and construction practices.
