# Technical Analyst

Our client URGENTLY requires a Technical Analyst for a 12 months+ Contract role in Darwin. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide specialist advice on application functionality and drive process improvements within a complex ICT environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, developing implementation plans for change requests, and providing high-level support to ensure system integrity and performance. You will be involve in working closely with clients and vendors to deliver effective solutions while maintaining a focus on quality and operational efficiency. Skills and Experience required includes: Experience with Linux and Windows, with broad knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Security management, Networks, and database administration. Demonstrated experience in configuring, managing, and supporting complex information systems, including drafting support documentation. High-level skills in systems analysis, including user requirements, technical specifications, implementation, and maintenance. Experience with assessing/evaluating risks and investigating, defining and resolving complex issues. Relevant Tertiary Qualification and ITIL
