digitize inactive documents to support electronic record management.\nOrganize scanned documents and ensure files are properly identified and stored.\nAssist with document filing, classification, and organization.\nMaintain accurate and orderly physical and electronic records.\nHandle confidential and sensitive documentation with discretion.\nSupport daily office activities and other administrative tasks as assigned.\nFollow established procedures for document handling, scanning, filing, and record retention.\nEnsure documents are processed accurately and efficiently.\nPerform repetitive data/document processing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma\nPrevious experience in document control, data entry, office administration, records management, or clerical support preferred.\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.\nAbility to operate a scanner and manage electronic files.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and follow established procedures.\nGood time-management skills and ability to meet daily document-processing requirements.\nAbility to handle
