12 years of overall experience in Delivery / Testing / Banking technology.\n\n- Strong understanding of the Indian Banking IT landscape.\n\n- 10+ years of testing experience with strong Test Management expertise.\n\n- 5 - 7 years of experience in Core Banking, Payments, and Micro Finance.\n\n- 4 - 6 years of stakeholder management experience with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.\n\n- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with JIRA Defect Management.\n\n- Experience in testing matrix creation and management.\n\n- 3 -
