manage escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.\n6) Support strategic planning activities through workforce modeling, capacity planning, demand-supply analysis, risk assessment, and recommendations that align with organizational growth objectives.\n7) Establish and maintain accurate demand, allocation, utilization, forecasting, and financial data while generating MIS reports, dashboards, and executive-level insights for leadership review.\n8) Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to enhance
