Responsibilities\nAnalyze and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.\nPrepare detailed and comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.\nExecute test cases and validate application functionality against requirements.\nPerform System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.\nIdentify, document, and report defects with appropriate severity and priority.\nTrack defects through their lifecycle and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.\nPerform defect re-testing and validate bug fixes.\nConduct impact analysis and regression testing for new releases and enhancements.\nParticipate in requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and review meetings.\nEnsure testing deliverables are completed within defined timelines.\nPrepare daily/weekly testing status reports and provide project updates to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and other project stakeholders.\n________________________________________\nRequired Skills\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle
