Responsibilities\nDesign and architect robust end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium & Java\nDefine QA strategies, automation roadmaps, and best practices for multiple projects.\nCollaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.\nLead test planning, execution, and reporting for web and API testing.\nEnsure automation scalability, maintainability, and reliability.\nEvaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to optimize testing efficiency.\nMentor QA teams on automation, coding standards, and quality metrics.\nConduct reviews of test code, frameworks, and overall QA architecture.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8+ years of overall QA and automation experience.\n3+ years in a QA Architect or Lead Automation Engineer capacity.\nStrong hands-on experience with Selenium for UI and API automation.\nExpert-level proficiency in Java.\nDeep understanding of test automation frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).\nFamiliarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent).\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExposure to performance testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter).\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise environments.\nQA certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Test Architect are a
