P&L Management: Lead global engineering teams, develop future leaders, and manage delivery margins, utilization, and financial performance.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:\n20+ years in Software Development / Digital Engineering, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles.\nStrong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise architecture.\nProven experience in building and scaling Java engineering practices and managing large global delivery teams.\nExpertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, cloud-native development, DevOps, CI/CD, and application modernization.\nExperience leveraging GenAI and AI-assisted software development to improve engineering outcomes.\nStrong track record in global delivery, client management, presales, business growth, and P&L ownership.\nDomain experience in BFSI, Retail, or Energy & Utilities.\nExcellent strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication
