We are seeking a Senior Web UX/UI Designer who can take UX strategy and component systems and transform them into designs that balance user needs, brand expression, and business goals. You'll own translating UX principles into polished, conversion-optimized designs at a pivotal moment as we determine the future of our digital presence.\nHow You'll Find Success\nYou’ll translate strategy into execution, producing polished, conversion-driving designs.\nYou’ll balance user needs, brand compliance, technical feasibility, and business goals without compromising quality.\nYou’ll use your strong UX instincts to create user-centered flows, not just screens.\nYou're fluent in design systems and know when to extend vs. follow established patterns.\nYou thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.\nYou're self-directed and can independently scope, design, test, and iterate solutions.\nYou’ll think in systems that scale across thousands of pages and multiple languages.\nHow You'll Grow\nShape the digital face of a category-defining company, with your work visible to millions and directly impacting revenue.\nShow expertise in modern web design at scale across responsive design, accessibility, internationalization, and conversion optimization.\nGain exposure to executive stakeholders and drive high-stakes launches.\nDefine your own growth trajectory-deepen IC expertise, lead agency resources, or explore management based on your interests.\nExperiment with new approaches, AI integration, and push boundaries in web design.\nThings You'll Do\nDesign high-fidelity mockups for new and updated pages, translating UX strategy into brand-forward designs that drive conversion.\nOwn user flow optimization and create wireframes and prototypes to test concepts.\nCollaborate on design systems, color implementation, and component application.\nPartner with CRO specialists on A/B test design and iteration using data insights.\nWork cross-functionally with SEO, content, localization, and engineering teams.\nEnsure accessibility as a core principle, not a checkbox.\nConduct usability testing and maintain mobile responsiveness across breakpoints.\nManage user experience programs to identify gaps, opportunities, and validate design decisions based on real user needs and behaviors.\nWhat We're Looking For On Your Resume\n5-7+ years experience, with a focus on B2B web UX design, and ability to demonstrate user-centered strategic thinking that drives conversion, not just visual polish\nExpertise in Figma (or similar), comprehension of the fundamentals of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), and experience working with modern CMS platforms\nStrong design systems experience including working within component libraries, as well as developing documentation and governance for those systems\nAccessibility expertise with practical experience designing for diverse needs\nBasic familiarity with key web statistics and other major marketing metrics \nExperience with cross-functional collaboration across digital marketing teams\nExperience presenting to executives and navigating complex stakeholder environments\nUnderstanding of responsive design, analytics platforms, and user behavior tools \nExperience with user research methodologies, CRO principles and AI integration\nNice to Have:\nGlobal, multi-language website design experience\nInformation architecture or content strategy knowledge\nMotion design and micro-interactions understanding\nExperience building pages or working directly inside of CMS tools\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\nWe lead the strategy, design and development of Qualtrics.com with cross-functional partnerships across SEO, localization, content, engineering, and all of marketing.\nExpect a team that actually collaborates.
