You will lead strategic efforts to identify regulatory trends, analyze reporting requirements (including CAHPS, quality, safety, and value-based payment models), and evaluate their impact on product strategy and client operations. Serving as the company liaison to key government and industry bodies-such as CMS, NQF, and AHRQ-you will develop corporate positions, draft public comment letters, and advocate on behalf of Press Ganey and our healthcare clients.
