Design Leadership & Strategy\nDefine and drive the end-to-end design vision and UX strategy aligned with business objectives\nEstablish and scale design principles, standards, and best practices across products\nOwn the evolution of design systems, accessibility, and usability standards\nLead the shift toward AI-first experiences, including intelligent, adaptive, and conversational interfaces\n2. Team Leadership & Scaling\nLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Designers\nBuild a strong, innovation-driven design culture grounded in accountability and collaboration\nDrive hiring, performance management, and career development for the design organization\nPartner with leadership to define the organization structure and capability roadmap\n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Marketing to deliver impactful experiences\nPartner with AI/ML and engineering teams to translate platform capabilities into scalable, user-centered solutions\nEnsure seamless alignment across UX, UI, and engineering teams\n4. Product Execution & Delivery\nOversee the delivery of intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences\nDrive consistency through design systems and unified experience guidelines\nEnsure solutions are technically feasible, measurable, and aligned with product timelines\n5. Customer & Business Impact\nLeverage user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions\nIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, usability, and conversion metrics\nContribute to product differentiation and innovation through design excellence\n6.
