all from one agent and one platform.\nWeseek a technical manager who will lead the QualysTechnicalTrainingteam.The QualysTechnicalTrainingteamoversees and managesthetrainingprocessfor Qualys customers.As the manager of theTrainingteam,you will manage a team ofinstructorswhoteach and build content for Qualys and ensure the training we buildalignswith customer goals and values.\nResponsibilities:\nOverseeing and managing the customer, partner, and internal training process.\n\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders like product management, support, and engineering to update content.\n\nOverseeing the team and the contentbuiltforour security conferences.\n\nUnderstanding customer context, overseeing goals, and providing productdemos.\n\nEducating customers and working with the team tooptimizetheir product setup for the quickest path tosuccess.\n\nDriving speedy content production.\n\nAccommodating training requests from Sales.\n\nProviding feedback from customers to our instructors for continual improvement.\n\nImproving product adoption and customer retention and helping foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customerbase.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum4-5 years ofexperienceinleading a teamin customertechnical training, enablement, customer service and support, customer success, or similar experience.\n\nCandidatemust have a technical background in cybersecurity, networking, or related technology.\n\nExperience working on a technical team, such as Technical Support, Enablement, and Customer Success.\n\nExperience with the Qualys platform as a practitioner, technical seller, sales engineer, subject matter expert, etc.\n\nSolid understanding and hands-on experience withcontinuous threat exposure management (CTEM),asset management, patching, vulnerability/riskmanagement, policy compliance,and configuration management, cloud and application security, and/orthreat detection.\n\nAbility to designlearningplans that align with customerobjectives.\n\nStrong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by solid project management skills.\n\nExperience with contentdevelopment.Amajorportionof this role includes managing a team that creates self-paced and instructor-led content.\n\nWorking knowledge of popular public cloud services infrastructure offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.\n\nPrior experience in personally engaging with Enterprise customers.\n\nStrong communicator -
