Our TAMs are responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process with direct and channel customers. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, as well as managing and developing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity. Responsibilities:\nLead, manage and develop the TAM team to assure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages\nDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity space\nOrganized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches\nDevelop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations\nMonitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth\nPrepare and present sales reports to senior management\nCollaborate with other departments to grow revenue e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations\nStay up to date on industry trends and new technologies\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field\n5+ years relevant experience in cybersecurity sales\nProven track record of success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts, a plus if with West US based accounts\nKnowledge of sales techniques and strategies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nMust be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, i.e., from C-level to front-line technical staff\nAble to travel throughout U.S. West territory\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nQualys is an Equal Opportunity Employer, please see our EEO policy https://www.qualys.com/company/privacy/\n****************************************************************************************************************\nThe salary range for this position is $255,000 - $280,000 [OTE] per year.
