This role is ideal for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor, influence technical strategy, and drive measurable customer outcomes across security, compliance, and risk domains.\n What You’ll Do\nAct as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise customers across vulnerability management, threat detection & response, compliance, and cloud/app security\nPartner with Sales, TAMs, and customer stakeholders to drive technical wins and expansion opportunities\nArchitect end-to-end security solutions aligned to customer environments and business goals\nLead high-impact Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to demonstrate platform capabilities\nTranslate customer requirements into scalable architectures and deployment strategies\nIdentify gaps between current and desired security posture, and position solutions to bridge them\nDeliver executive-level workshops, architecture sessions, and technical briefings\nCreate reusable assets such as reference architectures, onboarding playbooks, and best practices\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap based on field insights\nStay ahead of evolving threats, technologies, and market trends\n What We’re Looking For\nWe want someone who can connect deep technical expertise with real-world business impact.\nStrong experience in customer-facing roles (pre-sales, post-sales, or advisory)\nProven ability to design and articulate complex security architectures\nExperience driving technical wins and handling high-stakes customer scenarios\nExcellent communication skills-able to engage both engineers and executives\nHigh ownership, curiosity, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments\nTechnical Expertise (One or More Areas)\nInfrastructure & Endpoint Security\nVulnerability management, patching, asset discovery\nPolicy compliance, configuration management\nEndpoint detection & response (EDR) Cloud Security\nAWS / Azure / GCP architecture\nCloud posture management, misconfigurations, and risk mitigation\nIdentity, workload, and container security Application Security\nSAST, DAST, API security\nContainer security and DevSecOps practices\nFamiliarity with OWASP and MITRE frameworks Additional Experience\nHands-on experience with Qualys or similar platforms\nUnderstanding of industry standards (ISO, NIST, CIS, etc.)\nAbility to map security controls to compliance frameworks\nExperience influencing product direction through customer
