strong fundamentals and asynchronous patterns.\nReact (5+ years hands-on) - hooks, component composition, performance optimization, state management (Redux Toolkit or equivalent).\nNode.js - building/maintaining backend services, REST APIs, or BFF layers.\nHTML5 and CSS3 - semantic markup, responsive layouts, CSS-in-JS or utility-first frameworks.\nJira, Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git - sprint tracking, CI/CD, and version control.\nVite and/or Webpack - bundling, build configuration, and performance tuning.\nPractical exposure to AI-assisted development -
