demands strong technical acumen, rigorous execution discipline, and the ability to influence across engineering, research, and executive leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Planning & Execution\n\nDefine program scope, success criteria, and dependencies; create and execute detailed quarterly and multi-quarter program plans.\nDrive on-time delivery of complex technical initiatives across research, engineering, and platform teams.\nOwn program governance, milestone tracking, and execution cadence, including sprint planning and reviews.\nCross-Functional Leadership\n\nAct as the primary interface (“API”) between Threat Research, Product Management, Platform Engineering, and Executive stakeholders.\nIdentify downstream dependencies early, negotiate timelines, and resolve conflicts to prevent execution bottlenecks.\nHold engineering and research teams accountable to commitments while fostering strong collaboration and trust.\nRisk, Dependency & Incident Management\n\nProactively identify technical, operational, and delivery risks; define mitigation strategies and contingency plans.\nTranslate technical blockers and security risks into clear business impact statements for leadership and product stakeholders.\nDemonstrate resilience and decisiveness in high-pressure environments such as SOC, Threat Research, or Incident Response operations.\nTechnical Ownership & Domain Expertise\n\nOwn and manage the Threat Research execution queue, ensuring alignment with product and platform priorities.\nApply a strong understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape, including CVEs, CVSS scoring, exploit maturity (PoC vs. weaponized exploits), and vulnerability lifecycle.\nEnsure seamless handoff of research outputs into productization and engineering workflows.\nMetrics, Dashboards & Reporting\n\nDefine and track KPIs to measure program health, delivery performance, risk posture, and operational efficiency.\nDesign, script, and maintain automated dashboards using tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, APIs, SQL, or Python.\nDeliver clear, data-driven insights to technical teams and executive leadership.\nProcess Excellence & Tooling\n\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize program management tools (JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence) to support scalable execution.\nDrive continuous improvement of workflows, operating models, and Agile practices to enhance efficiency and quality.\nOwn the team’s information architecture in Confluence, enforcing a “documentation-first” culture-no operational process exists unless it is documented.\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management within technology-driven organizations.\nStrong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and program execution at scale.\nHands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and reporting platforms.\nExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nProven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving, and high-stakes environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience working in the cybersecurity domain, including vulnerability management, threat research, SOC, or incident response.\nFamiliarity with SQL and/or Python for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.\nExperience supporting or leading programs involving security research, platform engineering, or cloud-scale
