themselves.\nResponsibilities\nResearch, prototype and develop solutions to innovate and improve Qualys’ technology platform.\nResearch and develop cloud native solutions across available public clouds e.g. AWS, AZURE, GCP, OCI etc.\nDesign and implement distributed, scalable, high-performance micro service-based applications\nProduce high-quality software with a scalable architecture and design principles\nWrite unit/integration tests for your code\nDocument your code, design and provide solutions\nRequisite Qualifications\nStrong problem solving, analytical and communication skills\nExcellent programming and designing skills in Java with minimum 8+ years of professional experience developing applications using Spring Boot / micro-services.\nGood understanding of relational databases and/or NoSQL DB, preferably Cassandra, Elasticsearch\nProfessional experience working on indexing technology like Elastic Search and caching technologies like Redis or Memcached\nGood understanding of data structures and algorithms, application design.\nProfessional experience developing software using micro services oriented architecture.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands on knowledge of public cloud providers like AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI\nBachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science \nProfessional experience with Jenkins, and Kubernetes\nExperience with stream processing technologies like Apache
