The role focuses on hands-on administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Proofpoint, Okta, and Intune, building automations with Power Automate, and enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption in a secure, compliant, and ITIL-driven environment.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister the Microsoft 365 tenant, including licensing, service health monitoring, and admin center operations.\nManage Exchange Online mailboxes, groups, transport rules, mail flow troubleshooting, and message trace.\nHandle email recovery, retention policies, litigation hold, and eDiscovery requests.\nAdminister SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including provisioning, permissions, sharing policies, sync issues, and offboarding data recovery.\nManage Proofpoint email security policies, quarantine and release, and phishing protection.\nAdminister Okta user and group lifecycle, SSO application integrations, provisioning rules, and MFA policies.\nManage Intune MDM, including enrollment, compliance and configuration policies, app deployment, and device wipe and retire.\nBuild Power Automate flows to automate onboarding, offboarding, approvals, and routine IT tasks.\nSupport Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, configuration, usage reporting, and user enablement.\nManage incidents, requests, and changes in line with ITIL practices and SLAs, and maintain runbooks and documentation.\nSupport DLP, conditional access, and periodic access reviews to ensure security and audit compliance.\nRequired Qualifications\n3-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration.\nStrong expertise in Exchange Online administration, including mail flow, recovery, and retention.\nHands-on experience administering SharePoint Online and OneDrive.\nExperience with Proofpoint or an equivalent email security gateway.\nHands-on Okta administration experience, including SSO, provisioning, groups, and MFA.\nPractical experience with Intune MDM.\nExperience building Power Automate flows and automations.\nExposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot configuration and adoption.\nPowerShell scripting skills for Microsoft 365 administration and reporting.\nITIL certification and experience working in an ITIL-aligned environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Purview for DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery.\nWorking knowledge of Entra ID, conditional access, and identity governance.\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API or Graph PowerShell for automation and reporting.\nExposure to ITSM platforms such as FreshService, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.\nCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102), Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), or Okta Certified Administrator.\nEducational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
