Business Transformation Consultant – Finance Analytics (Tagetik)

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Consultant - Finance Analytics with strong Tagetik functional knowledge to support finance transformation initiatives in an international environment.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Business Transformation, and Corporate Performance Management (CPM). You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective Tagetik solutions, supporting finance processes, and helping ensure high-quality financial data and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Tagetik / CPM solutions.
• Translate business and finance requirements into functional solutions.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand and improve business processes.
• Support Cost Controlling, Financial Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Financial Reporting & Analytics processes.
• Support finance data collection, validation, and quality control activities.
• Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support users and contribute to user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data integration and system-related topics.
• Participate in testing, implementation, release, and environment management activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and Tagetik solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience with Tagetik / CCH Tagetik.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance processes, particularly:
  • Cost Controlling
  • Financial Consolidation
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Financial Reporting & Analytics
  • Finance Data Collection & Validation
  • Experience in Finance Transformation, CPM, EPM, or similar business transformation projects.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.

Nice to Have:

• Tagetik system administration and configuration experience.
• Experience with metadata and data model management.
• Experience with datasets and data source configuration.
• Knowledge of ETL development and troubleshooting.
• SQL skills, preferably with Oracle or SAP HANA.
• Experience with report and matrix development.
• Knowledge of workflow and security configuration.
• Experience with release and environment management.
• Knowledge of performance optimisation.
• Experience with data integration technologies such as SAP, REST API, MuleSoft, or SFTP.
• Experience with special methods or custom development in Tagetik.
