are currently looking for an Intune Specialist to join our Infrastructure & Operations team.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment using Microsoft Intune\nAdminister and support mobile devices and Windows endpoints across a large-scale enterprise environment\nDevelop, maintain and continuously improve endpoint and mobile device management solutions\nManage device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies and security settings in Microsoft Intune\nSupport and manage device provisioning and deployment processes using Microsoft Autopilot\nProvide 3rd-level technical support (L3) for internal users and customer environments\nInvestigate and resolve complex endpoint, mobile device and Intune-related technical issues\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, endpoint and other IT teams to ensure stable and efficient operations\nMaintain technical documentation and follow established IT processes, security standards and documentation requirements\nContribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the endpoint management environment\nWork effectively within a complex enterprise environment with approximately 40,000 managed devices\nRequirements:\nProven professional experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management and/or MDM\nHands-on experience managing enterprise mobile devices and Windows endpoints\nPractical knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nExperience providing L3 technical support in an enterprise environment\nGood understanding of endpoint configuration, device compliance and security policies\nExperience working with Windows 10/11 environments\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nCustomer-oriented and solution-focused mindset\nAbility to work effectively in a large-scale, complex enterprise environment with structured processes and multiple stakeholders\nWillingness and ability to work effectively in a process-driven corporate environment\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD\nExperience with Microsoft 365 administration\nKnowledge of endpoint security and device compliance concepts\nExperience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint\nPowerShell scripting experience\nExperience with
