Team & Reporting Structure\nThe OD directly leads the local operations & administrative support team:\nHR Admin & Finance Specialist : Handles daily HR administration, payroll processing, and financial operations.\n2 Junior Support Specialists (Part-time): Provide operational support for ITSM, vendor relations, internal communications, and admin tasks.\n3. Key Responsibilities\nFinancial Governance & Cash Flow Management\nDevelop and manage the annual budget, P&L, rolling forecasts, and project profitability in alignment with leadership and Group Controlling.\nOversee local liquidity, cash flow, payment prioritization, and banking operations in Romania (credit lines, FX, guarantees).\nSupervise internal financial administration, invoicing flows month-end closing, and external accounting coordination.\nLegal, Compliance & Pre-Sales Support\nOversee commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs), risk mitigation, and corporate regulatory compliance (labor law, GDPR, SSM/PSI).\nProvide crucial legal, pricing, and financial inputs for RFPs, tenders, and client engagement models (Solutions, End-to-End, Dedicated Teams).Operational Leadership, HR & Group Alignment\n\nSupervise the end-to-end HR admin lifecycle, payroll validation, employee benefits, and workplace compliance.\nDirect culture and people initiatives: upskilling, knowledge-sharing workshops, benefits management, and internal events.\nOversee local ITSM support, hardware logistics, facilities management, and vendor relations.\nCollaborate closely with Delivery, Business Development, and Group management to align reporting standards, optimize utilization rates, and streamline operations.\n4. Requirements & Qualifications\n Experience: 5+ years of proven operational leadership experience (e.g., Operations Director, Finance Manager) within an IT Software Services company.\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.\nFinancial Acumen: Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial analysis within a service-based business model.\nLegal & Contractual Expertise: Knowledge of IT commercial contracts and IT service delivery risks.\nTechnical & Business Skills:\nIn-depth understanding of IT service models (Solutions, End-to-End projects, Dedicated Teams).\nHands-on experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and building pricing/margin models.\nSolid understanding of Romanian labor law and HR administration practices.\nFluency in English (C1/C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nKey Competencies & Soft Skills:\nStrategic & Execution-Oriented: Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with detailed operational execution.\nLeadership & People Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams.\nProblem-Solving & Pragmatism: Solutions-driven mindset with strong resilience and composure in fast-paced environments.\n Stakeholder Management: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of working effectively with founders, department leads, and external clients.\n5.
