Quandela is committed to making quantum computing accessible to all in order to address the most complex industrial and societal challenges.\nJoin Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation\nAbout the role\nReporting to the Chief of Staff within the CEO Office, you will work at the intersection of strategy, corporate development and organisational transformation.\nYou will combine rigorous analysis with hands-on project coordination, working closely with leadership, technical teams, Finance and our international subsidiaries.\nYour first priorities will be to support our strategic plan and its implementation, help structure the organisation as it scales, and build the analytical foundations for future fundraising.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nSupport the strategic plan and its execution\nConduct analyses to inform strategic priorities, challenge assumptions and assess growth opportunities.\nConsolidate input from departments into clear roadmaps, milestones and performance indicators.\nCoordinate quarterly reviews and track progress, dependencies and issues requiring leadership decisions.\nPrepare concise recommendations and decision papers for the Chief of Staff and executive team.\nPrepare fundraising and investor materials\nMaintain an accurate, consistent and regularly updated virtual data room, coordinating contributions from relevant teams.\nSupport the preparation of investor presentations, market analyses, financial comparables and Q&A materials.\nResearch prospective investors and prepare briefing notes ahead of meetings.\nWork with Finance and other departments to ensure the quality and consistency of supporting information.\nBuild market and competitive intelligence\nMonitor quantum computing competitors, cloud and HPC players, research ecosystems and potential customers.\nTurn technological, commercial and geopolitical developments into actionable insights.\nFollow selected international markets and subsidiaries, working with local teams to assess opportunities and priorities.\nPrepare background notes for leadership meetings, international visits, events and partnership discussions.\nContribute to corporate development\nBuild and challenge business cases for partnerships, international expansion and new business opportunities.\nProvide analytical support for potential M&A opportunities when relevant.\nAssess strategic fit, expected benefits, risks and implementation requirements.\nCoordinate transformation projects\nTranslate strategic priorities into workplans with clear owners, milestones and reporting.\nHelp clarify roles, responsibilities, decision processes and interfaces between departments and subsidiaries.\nSupport the development of reporting and governance routines, in collaboration with Finance and operational teams.\nTrack cross-functional initiatives, identify obstacles and escalate issues to the Chief of Staff.\nRequirements\nA Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, Sciences Po or an equivalent academic background, with strong analytical training.\nAn early-career profile, from a recent graduate with relevant internships to someone with approximately 2-3 years of experience.\nRelevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, venture capital or a public-policy environment.\nStrong analytical and synthesis skills: you can understand a complex topic, challenge the evidence and communicate a clear recommendation.\nConfidence working with figures, including business cases, financial modelling fundamentals and company comparables.\nThe ability to coordinate projects, organise contributions and follow through on delivery.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nA strong interest in technology, geopolitics and the economic forces shaping emerging industries.\nRigour, autonomy, sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.\nA strong ability to automate and integrate AI into the department ways of working.\nAdditional assets\nExposure to deeptech or R&D-intensive organisations.\nExperience supporting fundraising, due diligence or data-room preparation.\nFamiliarity with organisational design, process mapping or change management.\nPrior expertise in quantum computing is welcome.
