We work as a team, challenge each other, make bold commitments, and deliver on them.\n\nResponsibilities: \nUnderstand business problems and design AI/ML solutions\nUnderstand business objectives, data, and analytical requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to apply machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.\nEvaluate alternative algorithms, architectures, and solution approaches.\nCollaborate with data scientists, product engineers, and business analysts to define solutions.\nDevelop AI and machine learning solutions\nBuild, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for regression, classification, forecasting, and other analytical applications.\nDevelop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompting, structured outputs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and tool calling.\nBuild AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, using tools, and executing multistep workflows.\nExperiment with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and other AI orchestration technologies.\nEvaluate models and agents for accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and performance.\nBuild scalable AI capabilities and products\nConvert AI/ML prototypes into robust, reusable, and production-ready capabilities.\nDevelop APIs, tools, and integrations to embed AI capabilities into Trinity.\nWork with structured and unstructured data, vector databases, and external data sources.\nImplement testing, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.\nDrive innovation and business impact\nExplore emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks.\nRapidly prototype new ideas and assess their practical applications.\nWork with internal teams and clients to validate solutions and demonstrate business value.\nContribute to building reusable AI/ML intellectual property and capabilities.\n\nRequirements: \nB. Tech/B. E. /M.
