We're hiring the engineers who keep it running, around the clock.\nThe role\nAs a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be on the front line of our production environment during your shift. You'll handle monitoring, alerting and first-line incident response across OP-stack services, a private Hyperledger Besu L1, Paladin nodes, the Overledger Gateway, the Audit Store, the Settlement Bridge and our observability stack. You'll work alongside a Senior SRE on every shift and report to the Platform Reliability Technical Lead. The whole team is US-based, with no offshore handoff anywhere in the incident path.\nWhat you'll do\nMonitor platform health, alerts and dashboards across production components, and acknowledge alerts within SLA.\n\nRespond to production incidents during your shift and help resolve them.\n\nContribute to automation that reduces repetitive operational toil.\n\nKeep accurate shift logs and incident documentation.\n\nEscalate to the Senior SRE with complete diagnostic context.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n3+ years in SRE, DevOps or production engineering.\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud infrastructure and observability tooling.\n\nExposure to blockchain or node operations is an advantage.\n\nComfort handling incident response under time pressure.\n\nWillingness to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.\n\nHow we'll measure success\nAlert acknowledgement and response within SLA.\n\nQuality of incident documentation.\n\nYour contribution to automation and toil reduction.\n\nWhy join\nYou'll get hands-on experience operating production DLT and settlement infrastructure for a major financial institution.
