Quanta’s focus on the utility industry and HBK’s focus on constructability in our designs has made our integration into the Quanta family of companies seamless.\nAbout this Role\nHBK Engineering is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Permit Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of project permitting. This critical role serves as the central point of contact for all regulatory inquiries, ensuring continuous compliance across local, state, and federal jurisdictions for all engineering projects.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for navigating complex permitting processes, preparing robust applications, tracking submissions through regulatory agencies, and coordinating internal departmental compliance efforts. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain meticulous records under pressure.
