This role is responsible for independently executing design assignments, developing detailed electrical drawings and models, and supporting EPC project delivery from conceptual design through construction.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in industrial electrical design, strong CAD and 3D modeling capabilities, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nElectrical Design & Drafting\nDevelop and revise electrical design deliverables for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, data centers, and industrial facilities.\nPrepare and update:Single-line diagrams (SLDs) \nElectrical plan drawings \nConduit and cable tray layouts \nGrounding and bonding systems \nLighting and power plans \nEquipment arrangement drawingsSupport design of electrical systems including: \nLow- and medium-voltage distribution systems \nMotor control centers (MCCs) \nCable routing and interconnection systems \nAuxiliary and balance of plant (BOP) electrical systemsIncorporate engineering markups, redlines, and design revisions into final deliverables. \n\n3D Modeling & Design Coordination\nDevelop and maintain 3D electrical models using project specifications and engineering input.\nPerform model updates and coordinate design changes across disciplines.\nAssist with clash detection and model coordination activities.\nIntegrate vendor equipment models into project designs.\nEnsure compliance with company CAD standards and project requirements.\nProject Execution Support\nSupport projects through conceptual design, detailed engineering, and construction phases.\nDevelop material take-offs (MTOs) and quantity estimates.\nTrack assigned deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules.\nAssist in preparation of construction packages and technical documentation.\nMaintain accurate drawing and model documentation.\nMultidisciplinary Coordination\nCoordinate electrical designs with civil, structural, mechanical, and instrumentation teams.\nParticipate in design review meetings and coordination sessions.\nIdentify and resolve design conflicts across disciplines.\nSupport integration of electrical systems into overall facility layouts.\nConstruction & Field Support\nAssist with field verification activities and site visits as required.\nSupport responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) under engineer direction.\nUpdate drawings based on field conditions and construction feedback.\nAssist with as-built drawing development and project closeout documentation.\nQuality & Standards\nFollow company drafting standards, project specifications, and engineering procedures.\nPerform quality checks on drawings and models for accuracy and completeness.\nSupport continuous improvement in drafting and design workflows.\nMaintain organized and accurate project files and documentation.\nWhat You'll Bring\nEducation & Experience\nAssociate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of electrical design/drafting experience.\nExperience in power generation, EPC, industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of:Electrical drafting principles \nPower distribution systems (MV/LV) \nIndustrial electrical layouts and construction documentationExperience with: \nSingle-line diagrams and electrical schematics \nCable routing and conduit design \nEngineering redlines and revision processesProficiency with: \nAutoCAD \nRevit \nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with Plant 3D, Navisworks, or BIM coordination tools preferred. \n\nProfessional Skills\nAbility to work independently with
