About this Role PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function as it transitions in-house. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for employee and manager questions and provides administrative and coordination support across recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, leaves, payroll support, HRIS entry and record keeping.
