Cassidy, Inc. is a leader in electrical systems and power solutions, providing cutting-edge services to a wide range of industries. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medium Voltage (MV) Termination Technician to join our team. You will work on critical power infrastructure and commercial projects. Your main job is to safely prepare, splice, and terminate medium voltage cables.\nWhat You'll Do\nPerform Terminations: Install cold shrink, heat shrink, tape-shielded, and pre-molded terminations on 5kV to 35kV cables.\nWork with Gear: Make secure connections on transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.\nRead Blueprints: Follow one-line diagrams, cable schedules, and manufacturer instructions.\nTest Systems: Conduct basic insulation resistance and continuity checks to verify work quality.\nFollow Safety Rules: Adhere strictly to OSHA, NFPA 70E, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols\nTravel Requirements:\nExtensive travel is required, with some trips lasting several weeks.
