As we grow, we're looking for a Recruiter who finds great people the right way - through real relationships and networking, not job boards alone. You'll spend real time at local colleges and technical schools, in the community, and at industry events, building the connections and trust that keep great candidates coming to Flare, and who thrives on being out in the community, energized rather than drained by a full recruiting calendar. You'll also own full-cycle recruiting and our employer brand, working closely with our HR Generalist on onboarding and other duties in our Coalville office.\nWhat You'll Do\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with hiring managers across Flare's Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Civil & ROW Construction markets, as well as administrative, shop/fleet, safety, IT, and finance functions, to identify staffing needs and build strong job postings \nSource and screen candidates for field, shop, and office roles companywide \nCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communication from first contact through offer \nExtend offers and kick off background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment documentation \nOwn Flare's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and employer branding \nRepresent Flare at career fairs, campus visits, and industry recruiting events \nBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of need \nSupport new-hire onboarding logistics, working closely with our HR Generalist \nOther duties as assigned \nWhat You'll Bring\nWhat You Bring\n2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred (construction or trades industry a plus)\n\nFamiliarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office\n\nWorking knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices\n\nA valid driver's license and the ability to travel for events\n\nAssociate's degree in HR, Business, or related field required preferred\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels including social media management and events.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage relationships with external partners and leverage talent acquisition platforms for lead generation.\n\nOutgoing and energetic, with a natural ability to start conversations and build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.\n\nComfortable managing a high volume of open reqs and shifting priorities quickly during peak hiring periods without losing attention to detail.\n\nWhat You'll Get\nWork Environment\nThis is an in-person role based out of our Coalville, UT office. When you're not representing Flare at a job fair, campus visit, or recruiting event, you'll be working from the Coalville office alongside the HR team - this is not a remote or hybrid position.
