This senior-level engineering role is responsible for independently managing complex structural engineering assignments, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of safe, efficient, and constructible designs throughout all phases of EPC project execution.\nThe ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial and utility infrastructure design, advanced structural analysis capabilities, and a proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering efforts while mentoring junior engineers and designers.\nWhat You'll Do\nResponsibilities\nStructural Design & Analysis\nLead the design and analysis of structural systems for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, transmission, substation, and industrial facilities.\nDevelop engineering solutions for:Structural steel buildings and support structures \nEquipment foundations \nPipe racks and utility structures \nEquipment platforms and access systems \nCable tray support systems \nTransmission and utility support structures \nReinforced concrete foundations \nIndustrial buildings and enclosuresPerform advanced structural analyses for gravity, wind, seismic, thermal, blast, transportation, and equipment loading conditions.• Develop and review structural calculations, engineering reports, design criteria, and technical specifications.• Ensure designs meet applicable codes, client requirements, constructability considerations, and project objectives. \n\nProject Execution\nLead structural engineering activities from conceptual studies through detailed engineering, procurement support, construction, and commissioning.\nDevelop and review construction drawings, specifications, material take-offs, and engineering deliverables.\nManage structural engineering scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverable progress for assigned projects.\nSupport project planning, estimating, and execution strategy development.\nIdentify project risks and implement effective engineering solutions.\nTechnical Leadership & Coordination\nServe as the lead structural engineer on assigned projects.\nCoordinate structural engineering deliverables with civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and construction teams.\nReview vendor drawings, equipment submittals, and interdisciplinary engineering deliverables.\nParticipate in design reviews, constructability reviews, hazard reviews, and client meetings.\nInterface with clients, vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies as required.\nSupport development and implementation of structural engineering standards and best practices.\nConstruction & Field Support\nConduct site visits, field investigations, and structural assessments.\nProvide construction support by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), reviewing field changes, and resolving structural issues.\nEvaluate contractor-submitted modifications and recommend engineering solutions.\nSupport startup, commissioning, and project closeout activities as needed.\nMentorship & Professional Development\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers and designers.\nReview engineering work performed by others to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with company standards.\nSupport staff development, training initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the structural engineering group.\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts and lessons learned programs.\nWhat You'll Bring\nTechnical Skills\n Advanced knowledge of:\nStructural steel design \nReinforced concrete design \nFoundation design \nStructural dynamics \nEquipment
