mission\nSupport the establishment, implementation and continuous maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and customer-specific requirements.\nManage accurate, current and traceable.\nCoordinate internal audit schedules, prepare the required documentation and follow up on identified corrective actions.\nSupport the preparation and coordination of management reviews.\nPrepare for customer and certification audits by compiling evidence, maintaining records and coordinating required input from internal departments.\nConsolidate and maintain quality-related KPIs, audit results, training records, management review reports and other relevant documentation.\nWork closely with cross-functional departments to strengthen QMS awareness and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.\nSupport the implementation and documentation of activities relating to ESD S20.20 and TISAX.\nMonitor documentation and change control processes to reduce the risk of audit findings, process deviations and delayed customer approvals.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the site’s quality performance and its readiness for customer and certification audits.\nYour profile\nCompleted vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management or a comparable field.\nAt least three years of professional experience in QMS administration, document control or audit support within an IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 environment.\nGood knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements.\nPractical experience preparing internal, customer or certification audits and following up on corrective actions.\nExperience managing controlled documents, quality records, KPIs and management review documentation.\nAn internal auditor qualification for IATF 16949, ISO 9001 or VDA 6.3 is considered a strong advantage.\nConfident use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nExperience with SharePoint and electronic document management or archiving systems.\nStructured and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.\nGood communication and coordination skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.\nWorking proficiency in English for daily communication in an international working
