Senior Manager, GTM & Sales Ops

This is a high-visibility position partnering directly with the CEO, CRO, Sales VPs, and CFO to transform strategy into a functioning revenue engine. You will define how we segment the market, where sellers spend their time, and how we measure success. This role is designed for individuals from top-tier management consulting who want to own operational outcomes rather than just deliverables.

What You'll Do:

• GTM Strategy: Shape the global model, including ICP definition, market prioritization, and coverage design.

• Sales Operations: Own the operating backbone, including territory planning, capacity modeling, and forecast discipline.

• Executive Partnering: Structure ambiguous problems and present clear recommendations/memos to the executive leadership team.

• Operational Cadence: Build the reviews, metrics, and "source of truth" used to run the global business.

Who You Are:

• MBA and 5-7 years of experience, including a foundation in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).

• Proven track record of moving from strategy to operational reality.

• Strong quantitative modeling skills (Excel/Sheets); SQL is a plus.

• Sharp written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction.

• Working knowledge of GTM systems and comfort with ambiguity.

• Experience in adtech, a DSP, or performance/programmatic media businesses.
