You will define how we segment the market, where sellers spend their time, and how we measure success. This role is designed for individuals from top-tier management consulting who want to own operational outcomes rather than just deliverables.\nWhat You'll Do:\nGTM Strategy: Shape the global model, including ICP definition, market prioritization, and coverage design.\n\nSales Operations: Own the operating backbone, including territory planning, capacity modeling, and forecast discipline.\n\nExecutive Partnering: Structure ambiguous problems and present clear recommendations/memos to the executive leadership team.\n\nOperational Cadence: Build the reviews, metrics, and \"source of truth\" used to run the global business.\n\nWho You Are:\nMBA and 5-7 years of experience, including a foundation in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).\n\nProven track record of moving from strategy to operational reality.\n\nStrong quantitative modeling skills (Excel/Sheets); SQL is a plus.\n\nSharp written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction.\n\nWorking knowledge of GTM systems and comfort with ambiguity.\n\nExperience in adtech, a DSP, or performance/programmatic media businesses.\n\nAt Quantcast, we craft offers that reflect your unique skills, expertise, and geographic location.
