solutions.\n\n- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications for real-world business use cases.\n\n- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.\n\n- Build Voice AI solutions including speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), conversational AI, and voice-enabled assistants.\n\n- Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM output quality, consistency, and reliability.\n\n- Work with open-source LLMs for inference, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.\n\n- Implement model monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and performance optimization.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for scalable deployments.\n\n- Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, scalability, and production performance.\n\n- Integrate AI services through APIs and enterprise applications.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and production deployments.\n\n- Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision using Python and frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.\n\n- Experience with Computer Vision tasks such as object detection, image classification, image segmentation, and feature extraction.\n\n- Familiarity with models and libraries such as YOLO, Detectron2, MMDetection, and torchvision.\n\n- Experience with image preprocessing, data augmentation, model training, evaluation, and inference optimization.\n\n- Exposure to OCR technologies such as Tesseract or EasyOCR and vision-based deep learning models is an advantage.\n\nRAG & LLM Pipeline Skills:\n\n- Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus.\n\n- Prompt Engineering techniques for LLM optimization.\n\n- Open Source LLMs: Llama, Mistral, Falcon, Gemma, DeepSeek, Qwen.\n\nVoice AI & Frameworks:\n\n- Speech-to-Text: Whisper, Deepgram, Google STT.\n\n- Text-to-Speech: ElevenLabs, Azure Speech, Amazon Polly.\n\n- Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.\n\nDeployment & Infrastructure:\n\n- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.\n\n- AWS / Azure / GCP.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience delivering AI solutions for Healthcare, Enterprise, or SaaS platforms.\n\n- Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.\n\n- Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.\n\nEducation Qualifications:\n\n- B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE / IT / AI&ML only from good
