We do that through online learning, instructor-led sessions and bespoke digital resources that let every user harness the power of our award-winning Decision Intelligence Platform.\nAs we continue to grow, we're looking for a Learning Designer to join our Design & Publish Team within Education Services. You'll turn complex technical topics - data, analytics, software and FinTech - into clear, engaging and accessible learning experiences, taking projects from first conversation with a subject matter expert through to a polished, published solution.\nThis is a role for an independent problem solver. You'll own your design projects end to end, decide how best to approach each one, and organize your own time across several priorities at once, spotting risks early and keeping stakeholders informed without needing to be chased. You'll work alongside Product, R&D and Delivery experts, and have the room to bring your own ideas on tools, approaches and how we use AI to design better learning.\nIf you love making hard things easy to learn, and do your best work with autonomy and trust, we'd like to hear from you.\nThis is a hybrid role, with the expectation of attending the company office in central London 2-3 days a week.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign and update learning solutions for customers, partners and employees - eLearning, media assets, articles, documentation and presentations - using a range of authoring and design tools.\n\nApply best practice in visual design, accessibility and user experience so every learner has a great experience.\n\nBuild learning journeys in our Learning Management System and use learner feedback and data to shape your design decisions.\n\nUse AI-assisted tools to speed up research, authoring and quality checks, with human review to keep content accurate and aligned to learning objectives.\n\nWork with subject matter experts, and with Product, Delivery and R&D teams, to understand the Platform and turn that knowledge into effective training.\n\nTake ownership of your programs, keeping them current and aligned as the Platform evolves.\n\nResearch technical documentation, demos, recordings and learner feedback to make sure our content is accurate and high quality.\n\nPlan and track your own design projects, flagging risks and blockers early and keeping stakeholders in the loop.\n\nUse tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and Asana to manage tasks, document your work and collaborate across teams.\n\nIdentify, propose and lead the introduction of new tools, processes or AI approaches that improve our learning design and the learner experience.\n\nSupport teammates through feedback and knowledge sharing, and take the lead on projects where it's useful.\n\nWhat you'll bring.\nEssential\nHands-on experience designing learning content with authoring and design tools (we use Articulate Rise).\n\nSolid knowledge of design fundamentals such as graphic design, UX, accessibility and media design.\n\nA good understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.\n\nExperience designing technical or complex training content - for example in FinTech, analytics, data science, data engineering or software development.\n\nStrong written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.\n\nConfident use of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)\n\nExperience, or real curiosity, in using GenAI for content creation, automation and productivity.\n\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.\n\nA collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.\n\nDesirable\nExperience with an LMS and using learner data or feedback to improve content.\n\nExperience coordinating projects that involve several stakeholders.\n\nExperience mentoring or sharing knowledge with colleagues, or an interest in doing so.\n\nFamiliarity with Confluence, Jira or Asana.\n\nOur perks and quirks.\nWhat makes you Q will help you to realize your full potential, flourish and enjoy what you do, while being recognized and rewarded with our broad range of benefits.\nWe offer:\nCompetitive salary & Company bonus\n\n25 days annual leave (with the option of buying up to 5 days, and rolling over up to 10), plus national holidays + your birthday off!\n\nPension scheme with a company contribution of 6% (when you contribute 3%)\n\nPrivate Healthcare, including dental & optic cover\n\nLife Insurance and Income Protection\n\nRegularly bench-marked salary rates\n\nEnhanced Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, or Shared Parental Leave\n\nWell-being days\n\nVolunteer Day off\n\nWork from Home Equipment\n\nCommuter, Tech and cycle to work schemes\n\nFree Subscription to a meditation, relaxation and sleep app\n\nContinuous Training and Development\n\nSpend up to 2 months working outside of your country of employment over a rolling 12-month period with our ‘Work from Anywhere’ policy\n\nTeam Social Budget & Company-wide Socials\n\nOur mission.\nWe have one mission.
