We’d love you to join us!\nThe Opportunity\nWe are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our high-performing team of Solution Engineers in EMEA Public Sector, to focus on the DACH region. You will collaborate closely with regional peers across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Product to help win strategic sales opportunities.\nWe are seeking someone with strong technical and business solution expertise who can articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling way. You will deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and deep dives across customer engagements and industry events. As a spokesperson for Quantexa's technology, you’ll build lasting trust with stakeholders by engaging them in relevant, value-driven conversations.\nThe Quantexa Solution Engineering team is the first touchpoint for prospective organisations, shaping the early stages of the customer journey and setting the direction for a successful engagement. In this role, key responsibilities include:\nCommunicate the value and impact of the Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform, helping prospects understand how it enables smarter, faster, and more confident decision-making through connected, trusted data\n\nIdentify and position the right Quantexa solution tailored to each prospect’s specific needs\n\nGuide prospects through a clear, outcome-driven solution strategy that sets the stage for long-term value and success\n\nLocation\nThis is a remote position based in Germany. To best facilitate collaboration with our customers, partners, and internal teams we would prefer candidates to be located in close proximity to either Munich or Frankfurt. This role will involve travel to client sites across Germany and occasional international travel to our other offices, such as London.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBe a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and real-world applications\n\nDemonstrate a good understanding of Public Sector practices and regulatory environments, and how the platform addresses gaps or risks\n\nArticulate and present the value of our platform, demonstrating how Quantexa solves specific pain points and enables better decision-making\n\nRepresent Quantexa at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership\n\nSupport or Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, working alongside Sales, Architects, Product, and SMEs\n\nContribute to proposals, including RFPs and RFIs\n\nTake ownership of the design and execution of PoCs and trials, ensuring alignment with customer objectives\n\nCollaborate on the design and iteration of tailored solutions, working with partners, customers, and internal teams to define the right approach\n\nDeliver tailored product demonstrations, both in-person and remotely, that engage a range of stakeholders from users to executives\n\nFacilitate discovery sessions with prospects and partners, uncovering core business challenges and technical needs\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience in a commercially focused, technical role such as Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting working with public sector clients within the DACH region\n\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effective customer engagement\n\nGreat communicator, able to captivate audiences of all sizes with an innate ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.\n\nProven experience in at least one solution area within the public sector: Intelligence investigations, Data management, Tax fraud and evasion, Fraud Waste and Abuse, or Customs and Borders, with a good understanding of both technical and business aspects of the solution.\n\nLed at least two extensive proving engagements, and contributed to five or more overall.
