Plus, you'll be our go-to person for keeping the office safe and looking spick-and-span.\nThis is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our core team during an exciting phase of growth and impact. \nRole and Responsibilities\nSupervise office maintenance, grocery, repairs, and services to uphold a pleasant, clean, secure, functional workspace. \nManage office equipment and answer technology needs, operate supplies and inventory. \nHandle the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding procedures. \nPlan and implement company events. Celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions to foster a positive work environment. \nCoordinate travel logistics, including flights and accommodations for our team members. \nSupport our co-founders in schuduaing meetings and conferences, providing necessary administrative assistance. \nCollaborate with the finance team to manage invoices, track expenses, handle office budgets, and compile team attendance reports for payroll processing. \nMaintain company records and filing, ensuring documents are organized, up to date, and easily accessible. \nWhat does it require from you?\n3-5 years of experience in a similar operations, office management, or people operations role - a must.\nProfessional and emotional intelligence in handling personal information. \nBe trustworthy, approachable, and create a comfortable environment for everyone while being easy to talk to and work with. \nStrong organizational skills, highly proactive attitude, work independently with a \"can-do\" approach. \nDemonstrate quick learning capabilities and effective adaptability. \nProficiency in written and spoken English. \nNotes\nAt QuantHealth, we believe in creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our shared goals.
