# Director, Technical Program Management - 1127

The Director of Technical Program Management will lead the execution of Quantinuum's most strategic and technically complex initiatives across quantum hardware, software, product development, research, and commercialization efforts. In Singapore, the role will have a broader mandate spanning programme delivery, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships and business enablement. During the deployment phase, the role will play a central part in coordinating the successful installation, commissioning and operationalisation of Quantinuum's quantum computing infrastructure in Singapore. Following installation, the scope will evolve towards building and activating the ecosystem around the system, including research and industry partnerships, talent development, supply chain engagement, workshops and ecosystem programmes, and support for customer and business-development initiatives.
