with business objectives to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence.\nProvide coaching and guidance to managers on how to best execute performance management, employee development, and change management initiatives.\nAnalyze workforce trends and people metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.\nTalent Management & Organizational Development\nSupport talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition to develop effective recruiting strategies and support hiring needs.\nDrive employee development initiatives that enhance capability, performance, and engagement.\nSupport organizational effectiveness efforts, including team design, role clarity, and change enablement.\nEmployee Relations & Culture\nProvide guidance and resolution support for employee relations matters.\nEnsure fair and consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment practices.\nPartner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and retention.\nHR Programs & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nPartner with Centers of Excellence to execute compensation, benefits, performance management, and talent initiatives.\nSupport policy development, implementation, and communication.\nParticipate in HR audits, investigations, and risk mitigation activities as needed.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nLead and develop HR team members, as applicable.\nCollaborate across the HR function to ensure alignment and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and employee experiences.\nSupport executive leadership with strategic workforce insights and organizational planning.\nYOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor's degree Minimum\nMinimum 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership-level HR Business Partner or HR management experience.\nDue to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, worker granted asylum, or refugee status.\nDue to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.\nWE VALUE:\nMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.\nDemonstrated experience partnering with leaders in a complex, high-growth environment.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and talent management practices.\nExperience supporting engineering, research and development, manufacturing, or technology organizations.\nProven success leading organizational change, leadership development, and talent strategies.\nStrong analytical skills with experience leveraging people data to drive business decisions.\nExperience working in a global organization.\nAbility to influence effectively across all levels of the
