The Singapore office will foster collaboration across global teams and drive forward our mission to deliver transformative technology solutions.\nTo support and help drive this growth we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the local team and form an important part of Quantinuum’s global HR team. In this role you will play a vital role in managing and developing all people activities and processes in the region. You will partner with the country and scientific leaders in the region, as well as global leaders in this matrixed environment. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the team, along with ensuring an amazing employee experience from start to finish.\nKey responsibilities:\nAs a member of the Quantinuum HR Team deliver an outstanding employee experience to the region and selected client groups\nCollaborate with regional HR and global centres of excellence teams to facilitate regional and country specific delivery of HR services such as organisational development, training, payroll, benefits, recruitment, communication HRIS and HR administration.\nLead and drive the recruitment process to achieve headcount goals and quality hires, alongside a global talent acquisition team\nResponsible for developing and delivering HR Programs, best practices, and people solutions \nBuild credible relationships with key leadership, management, business partners and peers globally by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business\nAct as the local HR business and delivery partner providing support and coaching to people leaders on talent and culture initiatives, such as:\nDeliver strategic projects for supported business units with change management, team structure improvements, performance management, wellbeing support, absence management, employee engagement, reward and recognition\nContribute and implement robust talent management action plans to identify and fill competency, knowledge and talent gaps alongside retaining key talent (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning, recruiting etc.)\nEnsure that functional and individual goals are aligned through effective implementation of performance management processes\nRaise awareness of current and anticipated people opportunities, challenges and risks to inform current and future people related decisions and activity\nDevelop HR reporting and analytics for your business areas to monitor and measure trends\nWork closely with people leaders in managing employee relations cases such as health and wellbeing support through occupational health, performance management, long and short-term sickness absence, flexible working requests, disciplinaries, grievances, investigation, end of contract support including probation and restructures\nTrain, coach & develop people leaders in management and leadership practises\nMonitor core HR processes, policies and contractual requirements, from planning to reporting, to meet local employment law regulation and requirements.\nImplement and manage our compensation programmes, including introducing staff benefits and managing our local payroll processes through our chosen partners.\nCollaborate with other HR colleagues on the delivery of various global HR initiatives that impact regionally and company wide\nYOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor's degree\n\nMinimum 8+ years professional Human Resources experience, including solid recruitment experience\n\nFluent English required for reporting, documentation, and daily communication.\n\nA right to work in Singapore\n\nWE VALUE:\nMaster's degree preferred with a concentration in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development or a related discipline\n\nExperience in supporting or scaling tech and or/ scientific businesses strongly preferred\n\nSolid knowledge of employment laws and regulations\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead change and build a performance culture\n\nDemonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching\n\nStrong business acumen & solid global mindset and experience\n\nAbility to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers\n\nStrong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a matrixed organization\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of management as well as a diverse workforce\n\nFlexibility to work in a global company, across
