They will operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment where processes and stocking locations will evolve as the company grows and scales.\nAll applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily material handling and logistics activities.\nAccurately and efficiently moves material to and from the stockroom floor to support manufacturing and engineering activities.\nTracks, traces, and updates the status of inbound and outbound shipments.\nPerforms inventory control transactions for incoming receipts, cycle counts, material movements and reconciling inventory discrepancies.\nPerforms asset management activities and provides guidance to stakeholders on utilization and disposal processes.\nUtilizes SAP S4 HANA modules for Materials Management, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse Management to complete transactions and process flows per standard operating procedures.\nCollaborates and communicates with Purchasing, Engineering, Finance and Others involved in the shipment and receipt of products for shipment information.\nIncorporates continuous improvement by evaluating processes for all material movements to improve asset management, cycle count accuracy and inventory controls.\nYOU MUST HAVE:\nHigh School diploma/GED minimum\nMinimum 3+ years' experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management and ERP Systems (preferably SAP).\nMust be able to lift 45lbs\nDue to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status\nDue to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.\nWE VALUE:\nQuick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges\nExperience with logistics, import/export processes and warehouse operations.\nExperience preparing parts for shipment, able to use palletize tools (pallet jack, pallet wraps, banding)\nExperience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and management\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nMaintaining a clean and safe warehousing environment\nExperience filing documentation to support international shipments.\nStrong sense of time organization and urgency\nWorking knowledge of data quality, cleansing and validation\nDesire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment\nSelf-starter and Team-player who can also work independently\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel,
