You will mentor senior engineers, ensure excellent coding standards, and help define and execute on the technical roadmap to translate business needs into robust, production-ready systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the design and specifications of a high-performance developer platform.\nRefine quantum computer access API and web portal architecture for performance, scalability and multi-region operation\nTransform web portal into an application development and delivery framework by leveraging cloud-based hybrid workflow engine and reusable quantum/classical application components\nDefine standard interfaces for hosting application components and building applications by both internal and external developers\nEnsure the security and reliability of the platform as it scales up\nDeliver customizable cloud-based hybrid applications to end users\nWork across the business to help define and maintain the technology roadmap, translating business goals into technical requirements and evaluating new technologies.\nFoster a culture of excellence by establishing best coding practices, performing architectural reviews, and mentoring senior software engineers.\nYOU MUST HAVE:\n25+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior architect or lead role, specifically within developer platforms.\nWE VALUE:\nDeep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native solutions.\nExpertise in CI/CD pipeline design, developer portals (e.g., Backstage), and observability tools.\nDemonstrated success in designing large-scale software systems\nProven ability to lead architectural work for large-scale projects and influence teams without direct authority.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
