In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts from initial drafting and review through execution, storage, and renewal tracking. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure contracts are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.\nJob Responsibilities\nContract Lifecycle Management\nManage end-to-end contract processes including drafting, redlining, negotiation support, execution, and archiving.\nMaintain and administer the company's contract management system (CMS), ensuring all contracts are accurately logged, versioned, and accessible.\nTrack contract milestones including effective dates, renewal windows, termination rights, and obligations.\nGenerate contract status reports and alerts for key stakeholders on upcoming renewals or expirations. \nDrafting & Review\nDraft, review, and revise standard commercial agreements including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.\nApply pre-approved contract templates and playbooks to ensure consistency and reduce legal review cycles.\nIdentify non-standard terms and escalate to in-house counsel or management for approval.\nCoordinate with external parties to negotiate and finalize contract terms within established guidelines. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales to support deal closures by providing timely contract turnaround and clear status updates.\nWork with Finance and Procurement to ensure commercial terms align with budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management requirements.\nLiaise with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure vendor agreements meet data privacy and security standards.\nSupport the Legal team with due diligence processes for M&A, audits, or regulatory requests. \nCompliance & Risk\nEnsure all executed contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).\nMaintain an up-to-date obligations register and proactively flag compliance risks or contractual breaches.\nAssist in developing and improving contract policies, procedures, and training materials for internal teams.\nAdministration & Reporting\nCoordinate the contract signature process including DocuSign or equivalent e-signature workflows.\nPrepare contract summaries, abstracts, and briefings for leadership and business stakeholders.\nSupport audits by retrieving, organizing, and presenting contract records as required.\nContinuously improve contract administration processes for greater efficiency and scalability.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a paralegal role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.\nStrong understanding of commercial contract structures, standard legal clauses, and SaaS-specific terms.\nProficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools such as Ironclad, Icertis, ContractPodAi, or similar.\nExperience with e-signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).\nExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.Note: FTC for 7 months
