This role focuses on application-level modernization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with cloud-native development practices.\nThe ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can define application architecture, guide development teams, and actively contribute to implementation across rehost, replatform, and refactor initiatives.\n What you will do:\nLead application migration and modernization initiatives for enterprise workloads transitioning to AWS.\nDefine and execute strategies across rehost, replatform, and refactor approaches based on application architecture and business needs.\nConduct application discovery, codebase assessment, and dependency mapping to inform migration and modernization decisions.\nDesign and implement cloud-native application architectures using microservices and serverless patterns.\nRefactor monolithic applications into modular, scalable components where required.\nDrive modernization of application code, frameworks, and runtime environments (.NET/Java/Python).\nIntegrate and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support modern application development and
