This role requires expertise in DevOps practices, release management, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement modern infrastructure and release workflows, manage platform and library releases, and foster Agile best practices across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain GitOps and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other modern technologies.\nOversee and streamline platform and library release management processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of updates.\nCollaborate with development teams to standardize and automate release workflows in line with industry best practices.\nBuild and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.\nAdminister and optimize Kubernetes clusters while providing guidance and training to colleagues on effective Kubernetes usage.\nDevelop and maintain robust infrastructure and container logging solutions.\nImplement and manage observability systems using OpenTelemetry.\nOptimize cloud infrastructure costs through efficient scaling strategies and enforce best practices for cost management and governance.\nEnhance cloud infrastructure security by automating security patch management, integrating security tools into Kubernetes, and designing secure infrastructure flows.\nArchitect and manage cloud networking setups for optimal connectivity and performance.\nImplement and enforce Azure policies for compliance and manage cloud platform RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for secure access.\nLead cloud platform migration efforts-specifically migrating workloads from Azure to GCP-ensuring a seamless transition with minimal downtime.\nChampion Agile methodologies, working closely with product and engineering teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.\nDrive Scrum or Kanban-based processes for release management and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nAct as a liaison between development, QA, and operations teams to minimize release risks and ensure smooth deployments.\nConduct regular retrospectives and implement continuous improvements to release and DevOps processes.\nBasic Qualifications:\n8+ years of overall experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related fields.\n5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on automation, cloud-native technologies, and CI/CD practices.\n2+ years of experience in release management, including managing and streamlining release workflows for platforms or application libraries.\nStrong hands-on engineering experience with both Azure and GCP environments.\nAdvanced proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform), and the CNCF ecosystem.\nExpertise in infrastructure security, cost optimization, and Kubernetes administration.\nActive certification in CKA, CKAD, or relevant cloud architecture credentials (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).\nExperience leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strict focus on system scalability and reliability.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nOther Qualifications: \nExperience working in healthcare technology or other highly regulated industries.\nWorking knowledge of HIPAA compliance, data privacy standards, and handling sensitive healthcare data.\nProven experience mentoring junior engineers or leading broad technical initiatives.\nPassion for continuous learning, evaluating emerging technologies, and solving complex technical challenges.\nComfortable working in a high-ownership environment and supporting production systems through on-call rotations and incident response.\nWhat’s in it for YOU at Quantiphi:\nMake an impact at one of the world’s fastest-growing AI-first digital engineering companies.\nUpskill and discover your potential as you solve complex challenges in cutting-edge areas of technology alongside passionate, talented colleagues.\nWork where innovation happens -
