Conduct readiness assessments, identify technical remediation needs, and track migration blockers to ensure a smooth transition.\nTeam Enablement: Coach the team on agile principles and practices, promote transparency on progress and impediments, and support the team in maintaining a sustainable, predictable delivery rhythm.\nRisk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and surface risks, dependencies, and gaps through offline working sessions and continuous collaboration. Maintain risk registers and assist in developing mitigation plans.\nProcess & Tooling Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of team artifacts, including Jira boards, dashboards, and sprint reports.
