Develop and manage the integrated program plan, aligning technical requirements with business priorities, team capacity, and project timelines.\n Agile Framework & Execution: Architect, implement, and manage Agile framework for the program. Establish and facilitate the program's cadence, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-pillar synchronization meetings.\nPI Planning & Facilitation: Lead the end-to-end Program Increment Planning process, from preparation and readiness to facilitation and follow-up, ensuring the creation of a committed and aligned plan for the Agile Release Train.\nRisk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and drive the resolution of program-level risks, and cross-team dependencies to ensure a smooth flow of value delivery.\nCoaching & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and coaching to Scrum Masters and agile teams. such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer, specifically leading large-scale cloud transformation or multi-cloud migration initiatives.\nExpert-level knowledge and practical application of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and lean-agile principles.\nProven ability to structure and manage large, multi-pillar technology programs with complex interdependencies.\nMastery of Jira, Confluence, and other agile management tools for managing complex backlogs and reporting on program-level metrics.\nStrong competency in cloud migration concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP.\nExceptional facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAFe
